Learn the set series of postures, breath work, focus points and internal engagements in a supportive and safe community environment. This series is part of yoga chakisa or yoga therapy and is themed around yoga principles which can help support your well-being on and off the mat.
Course runs Feb 11th, 18th, 25th and March 3rd at Gratitude Hot Yoga + Wellness
