Welcome to Aerial Yoga Basics!
Students will spend 70 mins in movement, learning the basics of Aerial Yoga and beginnner friendly anti-gravity inversions and flows. Build trust with the body as we remember how to play together and stay curious as our practice takes on new heights. Students will finish their practice with deep rest in an extra long 15 min guided savasana experience, floating peacefully inside of a silk cocoon.
Recommended for all levels and anyone new-to-aerial yoga.
